My Approach
I believe that lasting change begins within the subconscious mind and through a deeper awareness of consciousness itself. The way we think, feel, respond, and experience life is often shaped by subconscious patterns, emotional conditioning, and our level of self-awareness. My approach to hypnotherapy is centred around helping clients reconnect with themselves more consciously, creating positive change from within in a calm, supportive, and empowering way.

About me
For over 30 years, I’ve worked as an entrepreneur across a variety of industries, from events, hospitality and entertainment to property and financial services. Following the breakdown of my marriage, I spent several years searching for deeper answers through counselling, personal development and spiritual exploration.
Everything changed when I was introduced to the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah, which led me on a profound journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation. Inspired by the work of Brian Weiss and Dolores Cannon, I discovered hypnotherapy and immediately knew I had found my true purpose.
Today, I help people create positive and lasting change through hypnotherapy, mindset work and personal transformation.
Getting Help
Reaching out for help can often feel like the hardest step, especially when you have been carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional challenges for a long time. Many people try to manage everything on their own, searching for answers online or increasingly turning to AI and digital tools for guidance and support. While technology can sometimes offer useful information or temporary reassurance, it can never fully replace genuine human connection, understanding, and real therapeutic interaction.

My approach is supportive, non-judgemental, and tailored to each individual, creating a safe space for meaningful and lasting change.
